Use the “Find a Pilot” page to search by location, services, and availability. You can message a pilot directly or post a job for pilots to apply to.

After creating a free client account, go to your dashboard and click “Post a Job.” Fill in the details, and your listing will be visible to verified pilots.

Verified pilots can apply to your job. You’ll receive email alerts with their profiles. You can message, shortlist, or hire directly from your dashboard.

Yes. All messaging happens through AND’s secure platform. Your personal email or phone number is not shared unless you choose to disclose it.

Insurance is optional. Pilots may list their insurance status on their profile. Clients are responsible for confirming coverage directly with the pilot.

All pilots must submit FAA certification to be approved and listed. Verified pilots have been manually reviewed by the AND team.

You can mark the job as “Filled” in your dashboard. The listing will be removed from public view, and you can manage communications with your selected pilot.

Yes, you can post as many jobs as needed and hire different pilots for different projects. Each job listing is managed separately from your dashboard.

Yes. From your dashboard, you can edit, close, or delete job posts at any time.

For Pilots

Sign up, submit your FAA Part 107 certification, and fill out your profile with your services, gear, and availability radius. Your profile will be reviewed within 1–2 business days.

Once verified, you can browse public job listings and click “Apply.” Your profile and message will be sent to the client.

Yes, if they’ve posted a job or messaged you first. All communication is handled through AND’s messaging system.

Insurance is not required to join AND. However, if you have drone liability insurance, you can list your provider and status on your profile.

Your profile appears in search results for your region and services. Clients can message you directly or you can apply to their public job posts.

Pilots pay $9.99/month or $99/year. There is a 30-day money-back guarantee for the monthly plan.

Yes. You can update your profile, equipment, service types, availability, and travel preferences from your pilot dashboard at any time.

All clients must register to post jobs or message pilots. You can review their profile, bio, and job description before accepting or responding.

General Questions

We allow clients and users to report misconduct or FAA violations. Verified reports may lead to warnings, suspension, or removal of the pilot’s account.

AND is a connection platform only. We do not manage contracts or disputes. We encourage both parties to communicate clearly and professionally.

Yes. Personal information is stored securely. Your contact details are only visible if you choose to share them.

Yes. Every profile includes a “Report” button. You may report anonymously and attach evidence to help us investigate.
