Project Overview: We are seeking an elite, Part 107 certified drone pilot to produce a cinematic marketing video for a premier waterfront estate in Miami. The property features extensive ocean views, a private dock, and modern architectural details. The goal is to create a high-energy, luxurious video that will serve as the centerpiece of our digital marketing campaign.
Key Shot List (Examples):
- Low altitude reveal shot approaching the property from the water.
- Slow, dramatic orbit shots of the entire estate during “golden hour.”
- Top-down view of the pool and patio areas.
- FPV-style (or similar smooth) fly-through of open-air walkways if possible.
Pilot Requirements:
- Must have a strong portfolio showcasing high-end real estate videography.
- Experience with coastal/waterfront properties is highly preferred.
- Must be insured.

One 90-second, fully edited 4K video with color grading and set to provided music.
20 high-resolution, color-graded aerial photos.
